| In the European part
of Russia works and develops successfully North-West Timber
Company, which has collected around of itself enterprises
of wood, pulp-and-paper and allied industries. The enterprises,
which are included in group "North-West Timber Company",
have common strategic purposes and tasks, being a basis
of cooperation. Thus, each enterprise of group works in
an individual environment, adjusts partner connections
and creates its own client base.
The basic kinds of production of the enterprises, which
are included in group "North-West Timber Company",
are the result of full production cycle beginning from
logging, manufacture of cellulose and a paper, completing
with paper stationery production and supplying of Russian
and foreign consumers with educational literature.
Enterprise group "North-West Timber Company"
includes:
- Kamennogorsk Offset Paper Mill (offset paper and
paper stationery production);
- Neman Pulp and Paper Complex (softwood pulp, offset
paper, wallpaper base, greaseproof paper, corrugating
paper and paper stationery production);
- Nyandoma Timber Company (logging and wood materials);
- Kropotkin Plant of Woodworking Machinery.
Manufacture of paper stationery is one of the basic
directions of the North-West Timber Company activities.
The assortment of NWTC paper stationery production
is wide: writing-books, spiral bound writing-books,
drawing albums, drafting paper, watercolor paper, notebooks
and writing paper.
All submitted production is made on the basis of a
paper, manufactured by Kamennogorsk Offset Paper Mill
and Neman Pulp and Paper Complex, which quality today
is one of the highest in the Russian market.
It favorably distinguishes NWTC production from competitors.
Using of paper of an own production allows to reduce
essentially the cost price and to achieve a competitive
price at a degree of quality, which is not making a
concession to similar import production.
The significant part of NWTC production is made on
the equipment of the German company E.C.H. Will. The
automated lines on manufacture of writing-books and
wire bounded exercise-books provide manufacturing up
to 417120 products in days. The new equipment has high
efficiency, release of various models and the sizes,
and also release of writing-books with rounded corners.
